Group fitness programs based on a pre-choreographed exercise programme with current music and supervised by qualified teachers.    

           
Zumba is a Colombian dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. Zumba does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers.

Abdominal workout. Exercising muscles around the core, adominal workout provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.All the moves in adominal workout have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Reejam is a new Fitness programme what mix elements of Hip Hop and the actually fitness music. The programme combine music of the 90this and the actual methodology and didactic. The power of Reejam is the simplicity, a programme for everybody, fun and interesting.
