Arbeitete als Sportlehrerin in Finnland auf allen Ebenen der Schulen, von der Grundschule bis Universität. Zur Zeit angestellt in Omnia/Finnland in der Abteilung für soziale Dienste, Gesundheit und Sport tätig.

Inhalte (Beschreibung in englisch):

Yoga For You Sonntag 11.15-12.15

This yoga class will prepare you for this coming week of action. With gentle hatha yoga practise we´ll give the body easy opening stretches. With Pranayama, breathing practises and combining the breath and movement mindfully we´ll calm the mind to be more focused of the each precious, present moment. These practises done by the attitude of loving kindness and acceptance will open our hearts to be filled with Peace and Joy - Love and Light!

Yoga For Teens Montag 8.30-9.30 and 15.15-16.15

In this class we´ll practise yoga like teens like to do it, all together, in a circle, getting supported and encouraged by each other. After centering and breathing practises, class combines dynamic and static asana practise, few of them also done with a partner. In the end of the class we´ll slow down into Yoga Nidra -deep relaxation, naturally leading us to find the Peace within!

Yoga Flow Dienstag 11.15-12.15

We´ll flow from asana to another, from action into inaction, with ease and grace. This practise has its base on the Sun Salutation series. You´ll be given some tools to find how to Adapt, Adjust and Accomodate asanapractise so that it is serving the needs of the practioner in the best way. In the end of the class we´ll float into stillness in Yoga Nidra-Deep Relaxation, to enjoy the Peace within.

Partner Yoga Mittwoch 11.15-12.30

Practising Yoga with a partner is fun. You´ll easily deepen your experience in Yoga –the Union of Body, Mind and Spirit. Touch is an integral part of partner yoga. Leverage and kinesthetic awareness all heighten the body’s ability to perform and make it possible to go more deeply into poses with less effort. We touch and are touched by others. We feel and are feeled by others. We use the touch that we receive to increase our awareness of each other, and to open ourselves to greater depths in our body, mind and heart!

Thai Yoga Massage
Donnerstag 11.15-12.30

In Thai Yoga Massage class we´ll give to our partner and recieve a session of 30 min of simple Thai yoga massage.
”It is essentially an ancient Eastern healing technique used as a tool to awaken our spiritual flame and inner therapist. It is about learning to give from the heart with compassion and to have deep understanding of the other person’s challenges. We are all one. We are reflections of each other’s strengths and weaknesses. We are all connected. Learning how to give and to receive….to touch….to breathe….to feel. When we massage, we don’t aim to heal, we aim to help others believe they can and will be healed. When we are connected to the Divine, the healing process happens all by itself. ”
