SPORTFORUM Mals is a sports seminar offering a wide range of practical and theoretical classes in individual and team sports, as well as workshops, speeches, and sessions on current topics and sports. Each day consists of 6 units with 9-10 sessions, plus evening programs, tournaments, cultural visits, and excursions. Through its highly interactive and diverse program, participants have the opportunity to learn and share knowledge, gain new skills and experiences, and form lasting relationships across borders.

Welcome to Mals
​The Upper Vinschgau in South Tyrol/Italy, at the border triangle with Switzerland and Austria, offers rich culture with its churches, monasteries, castles and irrigation channels. Tasty cuisine with regional products and dishes. A breathtaking landscape with the Ortler group, the Stilfser Joch National Park, the Malser Haide and the Reschensee lake with its famous church tower. With its modern sports facilities in the main town of Mals and the surrounding area, the Upper Vinschgau is a mecca for popular and competitive sports, both in winter and summer. With the Sports High School, Mals is also home to a school and sports performance and training center in the province of South Tyrol. Here, young athletes from all over Europe develop their skills and in this environment, coaches, specialized sports teachers and people who simply want to stay mentally and physically fit, regularly train on a regional, national and international level.
